Water dosing panels on weigh frames

The Problem

The client had water dosing panels that were not dosing accurately, were leaking and were contaminated on each of two weigh frames. Water was being manually added from a clean source.

The Solution

The dosing panels were removed, and our bespoke panels were mechanically and electrically installed whilst the customer flushed their mains pipework, and then connected to the supply. A UV purifier was fitted to each panel. The control software was modified to suit, the HMIs were upgraded, and training given on the system.

The Outcome

The client is able to discharge the correct amount of clean water into the doughbowl during flour dispensing automatically, saving them time and improving the accuracy and reliability of the mix.
